About One & Done

One & Done is the public name of the calculators on oneand.in. The mark is 1&. The tagline is “Make the money decision once.” because most salaried money questions are one arithmetic problem dressed up as a career crisis.

We publish static pages for Google and for people on a lunch break: a gratuity calculator for private employees, an HRA exemption calculator that refuses to hide the old-regime catch, and a CTC to in-hand calculator labelled for FY 2026-27. An old vs new tax regime comparison sits beside them.

Tone: India-salaried, private-sector, no theatre. If a number depends on a notification we cannot see, the page says so. Calculators stay on the page — no account, no ad rail.

What we are not

Not a CA firm, not a registered investment adviser, not your employer’s payroll. Formulae are commonly used India rules (Payment of Gratuity Act / Social Security Code, HRA least-of-three, EPF 12%, FY 2026-27 slabs). Your Form 16 can still differ.
